Let's take a look at the Korean sentence pattern 나도 모르게 + Verb. This is a good expression we can use to say that we did something unknowingly or unconsciously and it is usually a response to someone who noticed our action first. It can also be a personal realization that we did something without us knowing at that time we execute the action. That explains why there is 나도 (저도) which means me too. The action was not deliberate and could have just happened naturally. 모르게 comes from the verb 모르다 (to not know) and the adverb-maker 게. For example, I meet a Korean guy at a grocery store and start talking to him in English. After a while, I unknowingly use Korean expressions like 어머, 진짜요, 그래요, etc. He can't help but compliment that my Korean is good. So I say Oh it just came out. I was unaware I was talking in Korean. The main verb is 한국말이 나오다 (to involuntarily speak Korean while talking). It comes after나도 (저도) 모르게. The actual sentence is 저도 모르게 한국말이 나왔네요.

나도 모르게 걔를 좋아하게 됐어.

Little did I know, I started to like her.

나도 모르게 웃었어요.

I smiled unknowingly. (I wasn’t even thinking of something funny)

나도 모르게 눈물이 났어.

I started crying and I wasn’t aware of it.
